The Louisiana JV Bulldogs took on the Bowling Green Bobcats in a late game thriller on Tuesday night at Cunningham field.  The game started with a couple of good defensive stands for both teams. Bowling Green scored the first points of the game on a long touchdown pass, and were successful on the two point conversion putting them up 8 to 0.  The Bulldogs fired right back with a long touchdown pass from Gabe Henderson to Taybren Campbell for 6 points.  The two point conversion failed making the score 8-6. The two would hook up again in the second quarter on another long pass giving the Bulldogs a 14-8 lead going into halftime.  The Bobcats received the ball after halftime and took 9:16 to drive and score on a short touchdown run and a two point conversion controlling the entire third quarter and taking a 16-14 point lead. On the next series Gabe Henderson threw an interception inside the ten yard line but with three minutes left in the game.   The Bulldogs fought hard and regained possession of the ball on a fumble forced by Jake French.  The Bulldogs drove down the field and scored the game winning touchdown on yet another touchdown pass from Gabe Henderson to Taybren Campbell with just 15 seconds on the clock. The Bulldog defense finished with 3 fumble recoveries and a game winning stop at mid field. The Bulldogs took home  a much earned win in a hard fought game against the Bowling green Bobcats.  The JV Bulldogs improve to 2-0 on the year.
