A letter from the Activities Director
Dear student athlete and parent/guardian:
I am excited to have you become a part of the Louisiana Activities Programs. I sincerely wish that your experience in our activities is satisfying and rewarding. Participation in activities is an important part of the education process as it provides the opportunity for students to develop knowledge, skill, teamwork and a positive attitude so that they may become productive, contributing citizens of our community and society.
The main goal of the Louisiana R-II Activities Program is to provide an experience that is fun and promotes individual growth within a safe and healthy environment. I hope all students will take advantage of the opportunities our programs have to offer.
When your son/daughter chooses to participate in one of our programs, they have committed themselves to certain responsibilities and obligations. At the beginning of each season, there will be a parent/ guardian/coaches meeting. This enables you as a parent/guardian to meet with the coach to learn about coach their rules and expectations.
Louisiana Middle School and Louisiana High School are members of the Missouri State High School Activities Association. Louisiana High School is a member of the Clarence Cannon Conference (CCC), which is one of the most competitive conferences in the state.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Louisiana R-II Activities Programs, please contact me at 754-6181.
