The Louisiana JV Bulldogs traveled to Mexico Missouri to take on the MMA Colonels Monday night.  The Bulldogs received the opening kickoff and after a couple of good runs and pass plays they fumbled the ball in MMA territory. The score at the end of the first quarter was 0-0. Early in the second quarter, Danny Rocha scooped and scored from the Colonel’s 40 on a bad snap.  Josh Runyon scored late in the second quarter to put the Bulldogs up 14-0 heading into halftime.  The Bulldog defense played very well.   They created matchup problems all over the field as a result they forced several turnovers and hardly gave up a first down all night.  In the second half, Jake Sencenbaugh had some dominating runs. Two of those carries he was able to put in the end zone.   Late in the fourth quarter, Kaleb Turner scored a rushing touchdown on a short run.  Alex Windmiller was able to covert 2 of 4 extra points to give an end score of 32-0.  Next Monday, the Junior Varsity will finish up their season where they will play host to the visiting Monroe City Panthers.  Game time is set for 6 pm at Cunningham Field.
